We accept insurance from all insurance companies that have out-of-network benefits.

In addition, we are in-network providers for the following companies:

Special Instructions for LDS members seeking assistance from bishops:

If you have health insurance we will file all claims with your insurance company. If you do not have health insurance and you need the LDS Church to help pay for counseling, we provide a reduced rate for bishop referrals. We will need a note or phone call from the bishop indicating how many sessions he is willing to cover.
